| Dr. Dave Samuel is a household
word to hundreds of thousands of bowhunters and Whitetail deer hunters.
Dave has had a life long passion for hunting Whitetail deer and has bowhunted
them for 44 years.
He was the Professor of Wildlife Management at West Virginia University for 30 years, until he retired in May 1998. Dave Samuel was the original Conservation Editor for Bowhunter Magazine since its inception 28 years ago. He does a regular column for Bowhunter Magazine titled KNOW HUNTING. Dr. Dave Samuel is also Chairman of the Professional Wildlife Management Committee of the Archery Manufacturers Organization (AMO), and Chairman of the Conservation Committee for the Pope & Young Club. |
